Carol Tate Gagan

Carol Tate Gagan, 68, of Johnson City, died at her residence on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 following an extended illness. She was a native of Johnson City, daughter of the late Adrian L. and Dorothy Lee Rash Tate. Carol was a retired LPN and member of the First Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Pat Gagan of the home; a son, Mark Gagan of Charlotte, NC; two grandchildren, Abigail and Miles Gagan also of Charlotte, NC. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 10, 2015 from 4 until 6:00 pm in the Dogwood Chapel of the Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 6:00 pm under the direction of Rev. Louis Imsande. A committal service is scheduled for Monday, October 12, 2015 at 1:00 pm in the Monte Vista Memorial Park.
