Charles Dean Draper

Charles Dean 'Charlie'? Draper, 56, of Johnson City, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2014 in Franklin Woods Community Hospital. Charlie was a son of the late Leonard and Dorothy Ledford Draper. He was a lifelong resident of Johnson City. He worked as a carpenter and also enjoyed working on cars. Charlie was known as a jack-of-all-trades. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Draper. Survivors include: nine brothers, Bobby Draper (Janice), Larry Draper (Sharon), Gary Draper (Marcia), Steve Draper (Joann), Dennis Draper (Patsy), Kenneth Draper (Mary), Carmen Draper, Clark Draper, and Dale Draper (Melissa); four step sisters; one step brother; several nieces and nephews; and special pet, Apple.
