Charlotte Jean Mcinturff

Charlotte McInturff, 84, of Johnson City, away Monday, May 7, 2018, at Cornerstone Village. She was a lifelong resident of Johnson City, and the daughter of the late Garfie and Sylvia Hicks Johnson. Charlotte was a hairdresser in the Tri-Cities for over sixty years, and ran her own business for forty of them. She had a passion for taking care of people and she attended service at Indian Ridge Church of God. In addition to her parents, Charlotte is preceded in death by: her husband of over forty years, Bud McInturff; one brother, William H. Johnson; and one sister, Joyce Gouge. Survivors include: one son, Michael McInturff and his wife, Debra; one daughter, Katrina St. John and her husband Wayne, who was a special caregiver for Charlotte over the years; one sister, Marie Cope; and two grandchildren, Rachael McInturff, and Laura Ellen Rossleot and her husband, Captain Christopher Rossleot. A graveside service will be held for Charlotte McInturff at Roselawn Memory Gardens at 9:00 AM on Thursday, May 10, 2018. Pastor Steve Guinn will be officiating. Family and friends are asked to gather at the graveside by 8:50 PM.
