Curtis was preceded in death by his parents Clarence & Dorothy Griffin Harbin.

His love for technology and the airwaves was only matched by his affection for his beloved pets, who brought him immense joy and companionship. His knowledge and expertise as a radio technician were respected by those who knew him, and his 'can-do' spirit made him a go-to person for anyone needing help with their equipment.
