Daniel Craig Kehs

Daniel Craig Kehs of Johnson City, died Wednesday Sept. 3, 2008 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was a native of Buffalo, NY and had lived in Johnson City for the past 25 years. Mr Kehs was a graduate of Milligan College and worked for the Tennessee Department of Correction until his injury in 1994. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald; a son, Daniel and a brother, Darren. He is survived by one son, Samuel C. Kehs, of Johnson City; and his mother, Carole Marks, also of Johnson City. He is also survived by brothers, David and Doug Kehs of Chicago, Illinois; and a sister, Katherine Kehs, Culver City, CA. Other survivors include his step-children, John, Drew, Jordan, Katie, Ben and James; and his step grandchildren, Olivia, Beau, Paul, Savannah and Sierra. He is also survived by his love, Susan K. Kehs, of Johnson City. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Christopher Reeve Foundation.
