Darlene Ethel Baker

Darlene Ethel Baker, 49, of Johnson City, passed away unexpectedly Friday, January 30, 2015 at her home. Darlene was a lifelong resident of Johnson City. She was a daughter of the late Margie Hampton Baker and John Birchfield. Darlene was a vibrant person who loved her children more than anything. She also loved to dance. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: three brothers, Warren L. Baker, Monty Baker, and Larry Baker; and two sisters, Kathy Baker and Mary Edwards. Survivors include: two children, Jennifer Baker Thomas, and her fiancé Michael Danner, and Jesse Thompson; three sisters, Leslie Fagan, Margaret Clark, and Mary Baker; and several special nieces and nephews. The family of Darlene Baker will gather to receive friends, share memories, and celebrate Darlenes life from 5 pm until 8 pm Friday, February 6, 2015 at the home of Jessica Webb, 115 Happy Valley Rd., Johnson City, TN 37601.
