David Arthur Raymond

David Arthur Raymond, 66, of Johnson City, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native of San Pedro, CA, son of the late Robert A. Raymond, Sr. and Mrs. Jean A. Passero Tomlinson. He was a retired electrician in the general contracting business. David was member of the Masonic Lodge F&AM. In addition to his father, his wife, Carol Hubert Raymond, preceded him in death. Survivors including his mother: two daughters, Diane Spencer of Texas and Debra Murray of Bristol, TN; a brother, Robert A. Raymond, Jr. of Mississippi; five grandchildren, Stephen Ruiz, Jr., Jason Ruiz, Cheri Rutherford, Melissa Griffith and Jessica Griffith; eight great grandchildren; best friend, Erwin Griffith. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 2:00pm until 3:00pm in the Dogwood Chapel of the Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A funeral service is to follow under the direction of Rev. Mike Richards. Mr. Raymond is to be cremated and interred in NY City with his wife and parents at a later date.
