Dean Dugger, 57, Johnson City, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016, at his residence. Mr. Dugger is survived by: his three children; grandchildren; four brothers, Kenneth, Michael, Tony, and Billy Dugger; and one sister, Lisa Sheaffer. A memorial service for Dean Dugger will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at The Rock Fellowship Church, 3120 Browns Mill Rd., Johnson City. A luncheon will follow.
