Deborah Ann Francis

Deborah Ann ?Debbie' Francis, 59, of Jonesborough, died Sunday, November 29, 2015 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Charlotte, NC, daughter of the late Billy Fred Campbell and Blanche Ann ?Shirley' Potter Campbell. Debbie was a retired computer programmer. She attended the Boones Creek Christian Church. Survivors include: her two daughters and son?s-in-law, Tammy and Cody Patterson and Kimberly and Jared Owens all of Jonesborough; a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Chelsey Francis of Elizabethton; her mother, Shirley Campbell of Jonesborough; a brother and sister-in-law, David and Pauli Campbell of Charlestown, IN; four grandchildren, Madelline, Zackary and Zooey Jones and Easton Francis; three nieces, Carla Campbell, Linda Mann and Tina DeWitt; four nephews, Caleb Campbell, David Francis, Gordon Ledford and Rickey Francis. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 12:00 pm at the Morris- Baker Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the Dogwood Chapel at 1:30 pm under the direction of David Clark. A committal service is to be held following the funeral at Washington County Memory Gardens.
