Deborah Joyce Hall

Deborah Joyce Hall, 63, of Johnson City, died Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at her residence. She was a native of Johnson City, daughter of the late Nick Starnes and Betty Hayes Daniels. Deborah was a retired Intensive Care Coordinator for the Johnson City Medical Center. Survivors include: her husband of 42 years, Gary L. Hall of the home; her daughter and son-in-law, Shanna and Joseph Lankford of the home; her grandson Thomas Lankford of the home; three brothers, Pat Daniels and Bo Daniels both of Johnson City and Kenny Starnes of Cleveland; three sisters, Joy Daniels of Johnson City, Kathy Ann Starnes and Katrina Starnes both of Cleveland; nieces and nephews, Brandy, Aaron Cox and Skylar Daniels; special friends, Connie and Earl. Deborah is to be cremated and the family will have a private service at the beach in her honor at a later date.
