Douglas Alan Sullins

Douglas Alan Sullins, 68, of Johnson City died Friday, October 21, 2021 at his residence. He was a native of Kingsport, son of the late John Kenneth and Betty Sue Starr Sullins.

Douglas was a retired cook in the restaurant and nursing home industry.

In addition to his parents, a son, Nicholas Alan Sullins preceded him in death.

Those left to cherish his memory are a sister and brother-in-law, Starr and Allen Owens; a brother and sister-in-law, Ken and Pamela Sullins; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 24, 2021at 2:00 pm at Morris-Baker Funeral Home in the Maple Room.

A graveside service will be conducted on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the Monte Vista Memorial Park under the direction of Rev. David Randolph. Friends and family are asked to assemble at the cemetery by 1:50 pm.
