Everett 'Tom'? Bellamy, 77, of Johnson City, died Thursday, February 10, 2011 at his residence. He was a native of Bartley, West Virginia, son of the late Herbert E. Bellamy and Mandy Christian Edgell. Tom was a retired veteran of Viet Nam, having served and retired from the United States Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. He also retired from Amerisource. Tom was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Elizabethton. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Craig Bellamy. Survivors include: his wife Willa Mae Bellamy of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Debora Bellamy of Clewiston, Florida, David and Elizabeth Bellamy of Johnson City; three granddaughters, Stacy, Rachel and Andrea Bellamy; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Billy Don Bellamy of Roxboro, NC and Estel Haze and Midge Bellamy of Niantic, CT; a sister and brother-in-law, Mary Francis and Vick Martinich of Montpelier, OH; a special family, Michael Britt and Delores, Mikey, Charli and Matthew of Elizabethton; a special friend, Lelia Harris of Johnson City. A funeral service is scheduled for Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of the Morris '? Baker Funeral Home under the direction of Rev. Nathan Jennings and Rev. Tim Boyd. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until time of service at 8:00 p.m. A committal service will be conducted on Monday, February 14, 2011 at the Washington County Memory Gardens at 11:00 a.m. Active pallbearers will be: Rodney Pritchard, Bill Trent, Michael, Mikey and Matthew Britt and Randy Hyder.
