Florence W. Webster

Florence W. Webster, 75, 501 North Roan Street, Johnson City died Sunday, July 26, 2009 in the Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Webster was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County, Tennessee and was a daughter of the late John D. and Grace Staten Wilson. Mrs. Webster was a 1954 graduate of Science Hill High School. She was a member of the Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church. Mrs. Webster had also been a member of the Brown Gardenias since her high school years. Survivors include: two sons, Christopher L. Webster of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Philip D. Webster of Jonesborough; two brothers, M. Van and his wife Priscilla Wilson of Barboursville, VA and Alan J. and his wife Ingrid Wilson of Jonesborough; a niece, Piper L. Wilson of Jacksonville, FL; a nephew, N. Dirk Wilson of Barboursville, VA; a great nephew, Caden A. Wilson-Sphor of Jacksonville, FL; several cousins also survive. A Memorial Service for Florence W. Webster will be conducted at 2 PM Friday, July 31, 2009 in the Morris-Baker North Chapel. Mr. Michael Lester will officiate. A private service of interment will follow in the Monte Vista Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Morris-Baker North Chapel from 1 to 2 PM of Friday prior to the service.
