Geneva Christine Weaver Vines

Mrs. Geneva Christine Weaver Vines, 82, Johnson City, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at her residence. Mrs. Vines was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City. She was the daughter of the late Robert Taylor and Dora Belle Nichols Weaver. Mrs. Vines was a homemaker and a devoted member of Pleasant Beach Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Vines, Jr.; three brothers, Robert A. Weaver, Frank Edward Weaver and George 'Bud'? Weaver; one sister, Eileen Carver. Survivors include: one niece, Janice Grindstaff; special sister-in-law, Gladys Weaver; two nieces and twelve nephews; special great great nieces, Taylor Marie and Paige McKenzie Grindstaff; several special friends and neighbors. The funeral service for Mrs. Geneva Christine Weaver Vines will be conducted at 6 PM Saturday, November 22, 2014, in the Morris-Baker North Chapel. Rev. Mark Fowler will officiate.
