Harold Lee Neal

Harold Lee Neal, 83, of Johnson City, died Thursday, June 6, 2013 at the Appalachian Christian Village. He was a native of Johnson City, son of the late Lon and Louise Carter Neal. Harold was a mason, builder and farmer. He was of the Presbyterian faith. Harold enjoyed fishing, church league softball, bluegrass music and being a great husband and father. Survivors include: his wife, Mary Jane Wright Neal of Johnson City; a son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Allyson Neal of Chattanooga; two grandchildren, Alexandra and Matthew Neal; two great grandchildren; three brothers, Buford, Norman and Thomas Neal all of Johnson City; three sisters, Betty Ginley, Violet Bowman and Carolyn Presnell; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service is scheduled for Monday, June 10, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the Roselawn Memory Gardens, under the direction of Pastor Lenny Smith. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm then leave in procession to the cemetery. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
