Helen Vivian Vigil

Helen Vivian Vigil, 58, of 1711 Lone Oak Road, Johnson City died Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at her residence. Ms. Vigil was a native of Mansfield, Ohio and was a daughter of the late Delver and Ivory Bays Phelps. She was a clerk at a Roadrunner Market. Survivors include: two sons, Gregory Vigil and his wife Kristy of Morristown, TN and Christopher Vigil of Johnson City; two sisters, Sue Barham and Katherine Self both of Lakewood, Ohio; one brother, Robert Phelps of Elizabethton, TN; two granddaughters, Emily Vigil and Haley Vigil both of Morristown, TN., and special nephew, Robert Phelps of Johnson City. There is no public service scheduled at the present time.
