Iii Campbell James D.

James 'Jimmy' D. Campbell, III, 27, of Gray, died Sunday, July 31, 2005 at the Johnson City Medical Center following an automobile accident. He was a native of Johnson City who had lived here all his life, son of James D. Campbell, II and Mrs. Donna L. Tester. Jimmy was a chef at the Peerless Restaurant and attended the Lynnwood Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by both grandmothers and his maternal grandfather and a sister Sheri Campbell. Survivors include his daughter, Kelsey Nicole Campbell of Watauga, his father, James D.(& Debra) Campbell, II ; mother, Donna L. (& Anthony 'Burt', Sr.) Tester all of Johnson City; a brother, Richard L. (& Melissa) Campbell of Jonesborough; his paternal grandfather, Carl Troxwell of Johnson City; four step brothers, Tony Tester, Chris Tester, Joel Tester and Patrick Tester; a step sister, Sherry Tester; four nephews, Matthew Campbell, Andrew Tester, Aaron Tester and Cassius Tester; three nieces, Alix Campbell, D.J. Tester and Destiny Tester; many aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service is scheduled for Friday, August 5, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the South Chapel of the Morris - Baker Funeral Home, under the direction of Mr. David Presley. Interment will follow, in the Monte Vista Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2005 at the funeral home.
