Iris Jackson

Iris Sloan Jackson, 61, of Johnson City, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at the Lifecare Center of Gray.She was a native of Greeneville, SC and a daughter of the late Lucille Hughes. Mrs. Jackson was a very caring person leaving behind her husband, J. J. Jackson;three brothers, Don Sloan, Joe Sloan and Charles Sloan all of SC Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday from the U. S. National Cemetery at Mt.Home. Rev. Jeff Pearce will officiate. Burial will follow the service. Friends and family will meet at the funeral home by 10:30 am Friday to go in procession to the cemetery.
