J. Richard Fenn, age 50, of Knoxville, died Wednesday, March 9, 2005, at his residence of diabetes complications. He is survived by two sisters, Beth Lowe, of Johnson City, Mary Ladd, of Church Hill; and one daughter, Julia Fenn, of Morristown. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
