Jaima Beaulyn Gemmell

Jaima Beaulyn Gemmell, 48, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Jaima was born September 24th, 1977, to James and Brenda Gemmell in Marion, VA. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Nurse Practitioner degree. Jaima spent her career as a health care provider serving others with dedication, compassion, and empathy. She had a passion for dancing and loved to travel.

Jaima is survived by her parents, sister Jen, brother Bill, significant other Dan, and two sons Mike and Joe.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Morris Baker Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm. 

Jaima will be remembered for her intelligence, beauty, passion, spirit, and love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a Pancreatic cancer charity in her honor.
