James E. David Dugger

James Edward 'David'? Dugger, 58, Piney Flats, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in Greeneville, TN after a lengthy illness. Mr. Dugger was a Mountain City, TN native and a son of Annis Gentry Greer, of Pennsylvania, and the late James Enoch Dugger. Mr. Dugger was an U. S. Army veteran. He was an auto mechanic, and prior to his illness owned Top Gun Service Center for 18 years. In addition to his mother, survivors include: his wife, Shirley Arnold Dugger, Piney Flats; two daughters, Mary Dugger and Kristy Dugger, Piney Flats; three grandchildren, Kaleb Burgin, David James Flythe, and Erica Bradley, Piney Flats; two brothers, Mike Dugger, of Kingsport, and Johnny 'Peanut'? Dugger, of Pennsylvania; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
