John Homer Jackson, 62, of Johnson City, passed away on Thursday, December 1 ,2011 at the Franklin Woods Community Hospital in Johnson City. He was retired from the U. S. Navy. Survivors include; one brother, Glen A. Jackson, Jr. and his wife Lezlie and one sister, Debbie Vineyard all of Las Vegas, NV.Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 am Friday, December 16, 2011 from the Mt. Home National Cemetery. Members of Rolling Thunder will serve as pallbearers.
