John Michael Whitlock

John Michael Whitlock, 67, of Johnson City, died on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the James H. Quillen Veteran?s Affairs Medical Center. He was a native of Georgia, son of the late Marvin J. and Hazel Bell Whitlock. John served his country during the Viet Nam War in the U. S. Marine Corps. There will be a graveside service at the Mountain Home National Cemetery at 2:30pm on Thursday, July 21, 2016 under the direction of a VA Chaplain with military honors provided by the Rolling Thunder who will also serve as pall bearers. Friends who would like to attend may assemble at the cemetery by 2:15pm.
