Joseph "Joe" Thomas West

Joseph Thomas West, age 63 of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Monday, February 23, 2026. He was born in Johnson City to the late, Ed and Laila West on January 1, 1963.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Christianson, brothers, Michael, Matthew and Charles West, and nephew, Jerry Mott.

Those left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Richard (Janice) West, Sandra (Joel) Ratliff, and Sharon West, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will be holding a memorial service on September 26, 2026. His cremated remains will then be laid to rest with his other siblings in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
