Josephine Treadway

Mrs. Josephine Treadway, 94, of Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016, in the Ivy Hall Nursing Home, Elizabethton. Mrs. Treadway was a native of Logan, West Virginia who had lived in Elizabethton most of her life. She was the daughter of the late William J. and Mary Cooper Fair. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Treadway; one son, Bill Treadway. Survivors include: one son, Jerry Treadway and his wife Jane; one daughter, Teresa Maples and her husband Franklin; two grandchildren, Wes Treadway and Lacy Maples; four great grandchildren, Taylor Treadway, Tanner Treadway, Isaac Maples and Marcus Maples; one daughter-in-law, Joyce Treadway. A graveside committal service for Mrs. Josephine Treadway will be conducted at 2 PM Friday, January 29, 2016, in the Happy Valley Memorial Park. Rev. Kenneth Kyker will officiate. Minister, family and friends are requested to meet at the cemetery by 1:50 PM Friday.
