Jotham Chideraa Nwabueze, 18 months old, of Johnson City, Tennessee, was called Home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
Jotham was born on September 14, 2024, in Johnson City, alongside his beloved twin brother, Jothan. Though his time on earth was brief, his life was filled with joy, laughter, and love that touched everyone who knew him.
Jotham was a happy and cheerful child who brought light into every room. He loved music and delighted in dancing, often filling his home with smiles through his joyful spirit. He especially enjoyed being read to, captivated by the colorful pictures in his books. One of his sweetest gestures was blowing kisses to those he loved, a memory that will be treasured forever.
He had a hearty appetite and a playful personality, often joking and engaging those around him with his charm. Jotham loved to play, especially games like peek-a-boo, and he was remarkably smart for his age, a quick learner who began talking early. His charisma and bright spirit left a lasting impression on all who met him.
Jotham shared a special bond with his father and was truly a daddy’s boy, cherishing every moment with his “dada.”
Those left to cherish his precious memory include his loving parents, Loveth and Christian Nwabueze; his twin brother, Jothan; his siblings, David, Joella, and Annabelle; his grandmother, Charity; and a host of extended family and friends.
Though deeply missed, Jotham’s love and joyful spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
There will be a funeral service at 10:00 am at Answer Baptist Church on Saturday, March 21st, 2026, with visitation immediately following the funeral. A graveside service will commence at 12:00 pm following the services, at Monte Vista Memorial Park.
“Naked I came from my mother’s womb, And naked shall I return there. The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord.” Job 1:21
