Julia Grubbs

Julia Kelly Grubbs, 93, of Asbury Place, Johnson City, died Monday, June 6, 2005, at Asbury Place. She was a native of Meadowview, VA but had lived in Johnson City since 1918. Mrs. Grubbs was a daughter of the late Jefferson Davis and Mary Virginia Kelly. Mrs. Grubbs was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Grubbs. She was a member of Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church and was a retired Legal Secretary. Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday from Asbury Place. Rev. David Lovelace will officiate.
