Kay Stout Miller

Kay Stout Miller, age 68, of Johnson City passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2011 in the Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Miller was born in Washington County, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Haskiel Stout and Retha Stout Church. She was retired from Mays Brothers, Inc. as a Supervisor. Mrs. Miller was a member of the Apostolic Holiness Church, of Jonesborough, TN. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Angel Nichole Miller; one son, Tracy James Miller; and two brothers, James Glen Stout and Lokeal Earl Stout. She is survived by one sister, Connie Holland and husband Tom, of Johnson City; best friend, Jack S. White, of Johnson City; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, March 25, 2011 in the Monte Vista Memorial Park with Pastor Carl Reed officiating.
