Larry Honeycutt
CAMDEN - It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Larry Honeycutt, aged 67, who passed away on April 10, 2026. Larry, originally from Johnson City, TN, was beloved by many and will be missed dearly. He was the son of Fred James Honeycutt and Maude Edna Honeycutt, both of whom have preceded him in death.
He served his country in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves with #639 transportation unit for 15 years in Kingsport.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Joelene Rice, and his treasured grandchildren, Trey Rice and Tobias Miller (Ainsley). He also leaves behind his siblings, Earlean McClellan (Gene), Norma McInturff, and Mike Honeycutt (Cindy), who will hold onto cherished memories of him.
Unfortunately, Larry faced great sorrow in his life, having lost his wife, Laura Honeycutt, and his son, Jonah Eugene Honeycutt, and his daughter, Tonya Lynn Dalrymple. His brothers and sisters, Jay E. Honeycutt, Stanley Honeycutt, Irene Shell, Lorraine Babb, Jr. Honeycutt, and Zella Simpson, also passed before him.
A graveside service at Mountain Home National Cemetery will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 11:00am.
The Honeycutt family is asking for any contributions in lieu of flowers to be made at morrisbaker.com on his web page to go toward expenses. Thank you for any assistance you can give.
