Lawrence Mccarthy Robert

Lawrence McCarthy Robert, 61, of Johnson City, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a son of the late, William P. and Doris McCarthy Robert. Lawerence was born in Louisiana. He was a retired police officer in New Orleans. He was a member of the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club. Lawrence was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include; his wife, Sue Roberts; one daughter, Laurie Doredant and her husband, Richard of Tyler, TX; one Granddaughter, Becky ; one brother, William Robert of New Orleans and one sister, Jackie Cauvin of New Orleans and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be conducted at 6:00 PM Sunday from the Morris-Baker North Chapel. Chaplain Jim Hughes of the Blue Knights will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 until 6:00 PM Sunday. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions may be made to, Copsrun, P. O.
