Linda Carolyn Widner

Linda Carolyn Price Widner, 67, of Jonesborough, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 in the Johnson City Medical Center. Linda was a native of Jonesborough. She was a daughter of the late Roy and Myrtle Lance Price. Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, mother-in-law, and sister. She was a godly person and a friend to everyone. In addition to her parents, a sister, Ella Dove, preceded her in death. Survivors include: her husband, Bill Widner, of the home; one son, Jim Humphreys and his wife Kimberly, of Erwin; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers, Glen and Gene Price, both of Jonesborough; two sisters, Mary Tilson, of Jonesborough, and Kathleen Babb, of Dandridge; and several nieces and nephews. The family of Linda Carolyn Widner will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in Morris-Baker Funeral Home. Following the visitation, family and friends will proceed to Fairview Cemetery for a graveside service. Pastor Harold McNabb will officiate. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
