Loretta Rakes-Mosley

Loretta Rakes-Mosley, 93, of Johnson City passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the Appalachian Christian Village in Johnson City. She was as native of Washington County and the daughter of the late John Tyler Rakes and Laura F. McCormack Rakes. In addition to her parents, Loretta is preceded in death by: son, Paul K. Miller; and two sisters, Gertie and Maudie. Survivors include: two sons, John R. Miller and wife Linda of Jonesborough, TN. and Larry E. Miller of Gray, TN.; three daughters, Hurleah L. Jones and husband Wayne of Stoney Creek, TN., Jewel R. Garland and husband Edward of Johnson City, TN. and Laura L. McGee and husband Bryan of Telford, TN.; fourteen grandchildren; host of great grandchildren; several nieces; special grandson, Cody Williamson; and special nieces, Jean, Debbie and Carolyn.
