Lucas Zaccariah Metcalf

Lucas Z. Metcalf, 25, of 2109 Bartlett Street, Johnson City died at the residence on Sunday, December 30, 2007. Lucas was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City and a son of Johnny M. Metcalf of Flag Pond, TN and Pam Booher Tittle of Piney Flats, TN. He was a 2000 graduate of Science Hill High School and was a former cook at a local restaurant. Survivors include: his parents; his Maternal grandparents, Paul and Grace Booher, with whom Lucas made his home; his Paternal grandmother, Gladys Metcalf of Flag Pond; several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. The funeral service for Lucas Z. Metcalf will be conducted at 8 PM Wednesday, January 2, 2008 in the Morris-Baker South Chapel. Rev. Lon Tobin will officiate. The committal service will be conducted at 2 PM Thursday in the Washington County Memory Gardens. Everyone will meet at 1:30 PM Thursday at Morris-Baker to go in procession. Active pallbearers will be selected. The honorary pallbearer will be Aaron. The family will receive friends in the funeral chapel from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday prior to the service.
