Lucy Louise Osborne

Lucy Louise Osborne, 76, Johnson City, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at her granddaughter?s residence following a brief illness. Lucy was born in Johnson City to the late Rexie Lynn and Mary Magdaline Carden. She was a member of Piney Grove Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Lucy was preceded in death by: her husband, Kenneth Osborne; one son, Timmy Osborne; grandparents, Clara and Ed Whaley; and a special loved one, Ralph Vines. Survivors include: two sons, Rex and Lynn Osborne; four sisters, Barbara Hill, Sue Smith, Linda Bentley and Kathy Ford; two brothers, Ray and David Carden; three grandchildren, Alicia, Brandi and Bryan Osborne; two great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Keri Arnett; and one special loved one, Robert Vines. The family of Lucy Louise Osborne will receive friends from 12 PM until 2 PM Sunday, September 30, 2018, at Morris-Baker. The funeral will follow at 2 PM with Rev. Paul Crowe officiating. Family and friends will go in procession to Monte Vista Memorial Park for a 3 PM committal service.
