Mary Ann Brown

Mary Ann Large Brown, passed away at NHC Healthcare in Johnson City, Tennessee on December 29, 2022.

Mary was one of eight children born into the loving home of Frank and Maggie Louise Weaver Large.

Mary graduated from Big Creek High School in West Virginia.

She then met and married the love of her life, Price Brown, and they made their house a home.

Along with her parents, Mary was preceded in death by: her husband, Price Brown; one daughter, Joan Fisher; two sons, Charles Myers and John Myers; and four siblings, Billy Large, Betty Large, Edith Meade, and Marie Albano.

Those remaining to cherish her memory include: three siblings, Charlie Large, Alice Stevenson, and Lockey Carr; four grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, whom Mary loved very much.

A special thank you to Venessa Mowell and the staff of NHC Healthcare in Johnson City, for the wonderful compassionate care that she received while in their care.

A Graveside service for Mary is scheduled for 12:00 pm on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Monte Vista Memorial Park. Dr. Alan Davis will officiate the service.
