Mary Louise Norman

Mary Louise Norman, 88, of 801 E. Holston Avenue, Johnson City, died Monday, May 1, 2006 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Bowman, Georgia, a daughter of the late Clarence Little and Bertha Grace Rhodes Rhyne. Mary was an office manager for the Norman Wholesale Company and a member of the First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Graham Verlin Norman, Sr. in 1984 and a grandson Michael Scott Norman. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Ann Norman of Norcross, GA; a son, Graham V. Norman, Jr. and his wife, Ann, of Jonesboro; two grandchildren, Ginger Norman of Sarasota, FL and Jason Norman of Brandon, FL; a sister, Rachael Burns of Cleveland, NC and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3rd at 4:00 p.m. under the direction of Rev. Betty Furches in the South Chapel of the Morris - Baker Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at four. A committal service will be conducted on Thursday, May 4, 2006 at the Monte Vista Memorial Park at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home by 10:45 a.m. to leave in procession.
