Michael Francis Spence, 63, 503 West Watauga Avenue, Johnson City Died Thursday, March 23, 2006 in the Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Spence was a native of Nashville, TN and had lived in Johnson City since 2001. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Survivors include a best friend, Larry Dewayne Fagre of Johnson City. A graveside service for Michael Francis Spence will be conducted at 10 AM Monday, March 27, 2006 in the Mountain Home National Cemetery. A Protestant Chaplain from Mountain Home will officiate.
