Ms. Molly Ann Browning, 54, passed away peacefully on June 3rd, 2025, in Johnson City, Tennessee. Molly Ann was born in Savannah, Georgia October 16th, 1970. Her parents were Max M. and Geri R. Browning of Flowery Branch, Georgia. Molly Ann grew up in Sylvania, Georgia and lived there for many years after high school. Molly Ann attended Screven County High School. She earned her GED in 1990. In 1996 Molly Ann moved to Nevels, Georgia where she went on to earn a certificate as a medical assistant from Ogeechee Technical College. She worked for years touching the lives of patients & colleagues with her warm spirit.
Molly Ann moved to Johnson City, Tennessee in 2014 to work in the home of her Great Aunt & Uncle, Mr. Robert N. & Morrelle M. Rouse, as a caretaker. She kept her home in Nevils, Georgia, which she loved to come home to. Molly Ann was a people person. She never met a stranger. She loved music and enjoyed going to concerts & music festivals. She was devoted to her family and loved spending time with family & friends.
Molly Ann is survived by her son, Jonathon Ray Lee of Sylvania, Georgia, her devoted parents, her sister, Angie Browning Bastian of Flowery Branch, Georgia, and her Uncle Bob Rouse, of Johnson City, Tennessee. Her family and friends will undoubtedly miss her bright smile and unwavering love.
The family will be holding a celebration of Molly Ann's life in Sylvania, Georgia, in the near future, and everyone who knew and loved her is invited to join in honoring her memory. Details about the memorial service will be shared soon.
