Morris Wyatt

Morris Wyatt, 65, of Johnson City, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on February 24, 2024, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital after lengthy illness. 

He was born on February 24, 1959, t0 the late Donald and Geniva Hoilman Wyatt in Burnsville, North Carolina. He lived most of his life in Johnson City. A jack of all trades, Morris was a roofer and excellent carpenter. He married the love of his life, Theresa Feathers, on June 8, 1987. He enjoyed doing anything outdoors and he loved fishing. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two infant siblings. 

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 37 years, Theresa Wyatt; children, Christy (Dustin) Hurley, Jason Collins, Travis Collins, Morris (Miranda) Wyatt, Jr., Marsha Lay, and Misty Scalf; 15 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren; sisters, Regina (Preston) Sanders and Jody (Greg) Hernandez; and brother, Steve Wyatt. 

There will be a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
