Ralph L. Dugger

Ralph L. Dugger, age 80, 141 Locust Lane, died Sunday, December 10, 2006 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Dugger was survived by his wife, Anna Lee Higgins Dugger, one son, Ronald Dale Dugger and one daughter, Karen Fay Dugger both of the home. A funeral service for Mr. Dugger will be conducted at 2 PM Wednesday, December 13, 2006 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home North Chapel. Reverend Terry Wright will officiate. Private family graveside services will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
