Rhonda Gross

Rhonda Monkus Gross, 59, of Telford, died Monday, June 18, 2018 at her residence. She was a native of Pickens, SC, daughter of the late David Madison and Bethel Joann Holiday Monkus. Rhonda was a retired golf ball maker for the Dunlop Corporation. She loved to crochet and was an avid scrapbooker. In addition to her parents, a brother, Terry Monkus preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Gross of Telford, her children, Frank Owens, Charles Owens, Robbie Owens, Bobby Gross, Jr., Misty Gross and Billy Gross; eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren; brothers and sisters in order of their age, Paul Monkus, Deborah Meyers, Nancy Monkus, Teresha Evatt and Willie Monkus; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 22, 2018 from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm at Morris ? Baker Funeral Home in the Dogwood chapel. A funeral service will follow under the direction of Oliver Holiday and Billy Gross. A committal service will be conducted following the funeral at the Washington County Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be: Bobby Gross, Jr., D. J. Gross, Brandon Monkus, Frank Owens, Charles Owens and Douglass Enriquez. Honorary pallbearer will be: Tristun Enriquez. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery following the funeral service.
