Richard A. “Richie” Kelly, 44, of Johnson City, died Sunday, March 21, 2021. He was a native of Johnson City, son of Patricia Kelly.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Luther and Elizabeth Kelly.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Patricia and sister, Leslie Feathers; several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews; many friends.
No public service is planned due to Covid 19. A celebration to commemorate his life will be held at a later date.
