Robert E. Vines, 89, Johnson City, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018. Robert was preceded in death by: his parents, Eugene and Ann Lee Vines; brother, Ralph Vines; sister, Ruth Bennett; brother-in-law, Theodore Bennett; sister-in-law, Louise Vines; nephew, Greg Vines; and a very special loved one, Louise Osborne. Survivors include: brother, Blaine Vines; two nephews, Brian Vines and Roy Bennett; granddaughter, Brandi Osborne; and great nephew, Adam Bennett. There will not be any services.
