Robert Eugene 'Blue'? Miller, 57, of Johnson City passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at his residence in Johnson City, TN. He was a native of Washington County and the son of Charles D. Miller and Doris Presley Blankenship. Survivors include: father, Charles D. and wife Susie Miller of Johnson City, TN.; mother Doris Presley Blankenship of Knoxville, TN.; two sons, Ryan and Zachary Miller both of Johnson City, TN.; two brothers, Ronnie L. and wife Rosa Miller of Johnson City, TN. and Charles L. and wife Carolyn Miller of Seymour, TN.; and several nieces and nephews.
