Robert Lee Bowman

Robert Lee Bowman, 61, of the Four Oaks Nursing Home, Jonesborough, died Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City, son of the late Gladys Bowman. There will be a memorial service at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at the Calvary Baptist Church on Hart Avenue, under the direction of Rev. Jim Chatman. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until time of service at eight. Survivors include: his half sisters, Evelyn Scarboro and Sandra Roark both of Johnson City; four half brothers, Charles Clark of Jonesborough and Bill, Raymond and Ed Clark all of Johnson City; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Bowman is to be cremated and buried in the McInturff Family Cemetery with his mother and grandparents.
