Roger Allen Dalton

Roger Allen Dalton, 54, of Johnson City, died Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native of Cleveland, Ohio, son of the late Paul Edward and Betty Sue Skeen Dalton. He was of Methodist faith. Roger was a retired laborer in the construction industry. In addition to his parents, two brothers and sister preceded him in death, Edward Wayne, Jeffrey Dean and Christine Potter. Survivors are two sisters, Kathy VanDyke and Crystal Riddle; a former wife Kathy Whitson and her children, Chad and India. Roger is to be cremated and no services are scheduled at this time.
