Roger Dale Harvey

Roger Dale Harvey, 48, 506 East Myrtle Ave. #2, Johnson City, died Monday, February 20, 2006 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Harvey was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City. He was a son of the late Lewis Melvin and Norma Rosalie Neal Harvey. Mr. Harvey was a self-employed painter. He is survived by his wife, Doris W. Harvey; one son, Casey Lee Harvey, Johnson City; two daughters, Crystal Michelle Harvey and Cara Harvey both of Kingsport; three brothers, John Paul Harvey and Steve Harvey both of Johnson City and Mike Harvey; two sisters, Angela Harvey, Gray and Diane Harvey, Johnson City; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service for Mr. Harvey will be held at 3:30 PM Thursday, February 23, 2006 at Monte Vista Memorial Park. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 3:00 PM and travel in procession to the cemetery. Reverend Don Williams and Bill Reed will officiate. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
