Ronald Dale Dugger, 63, of Johnson City, died Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at his residence. He was a native of Washington County, son of the late Ralph L. and Anna Lee Higgins Dugger. Ronald was a pipe fitter and member of the National Asbestos Workers Local 046. He is survived by his sister, Karen Dugger of Johnson City. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Morris '? Baker Funeral Home on Saturday, February 9, 2013. A private committal service will be conducted at a later date.
