Rosalie Green

Rosalie DeVoti Howard Green, 85, of Jonesborough, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the Erwin Health Care Center. She was a lifelong resident of Tennessee and a daughter of the late John and Ada Lee Hensley DeVoti. Ms. Green was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: husband, Marvin Howard; husband, Robert Green; and ten brothers and sisters. Ms. Green is survived by: one son, Anderson Howard, Jonesborough; two granddaughters, Angela Turk and her husband Chris, and Jessica Howard, Japan; one great grandson; and several nieces and nephews. The graveside service for Ms. Rosalie Green will be conducted at 1:45 PM, Friday, November 1, 2013, in the Mountain Home National Cemetery under the direction of Minister William Booth. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 PM Friday at Morris-Baker prior to the service.
