Scott Hai-Cheng Hsu

Scott Hsu, 56, Johnson City, passed away Monday, July 4, 2016 at Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Hsu was the owner and executive chef of Caf? Pacific and Caf? one 11. Mr. Hsu will be remembered as a warm, caring and generous person. He was a devoted father and loving husband. He enjoyed playing golf with his son, and they created many precious memories. Mr. Hsu was especially creative and artistic, not only with his cuisine, but also with musical instrument and martial arts. While living in New York, he was the artist of the Chinese Daily News. Survivors include: his wife of 29 years, Linda Hsu; one son, Sean Hsu; mother, Jenny Hsu; one sister, Lin Sun; and one brother, Dennis Hsu. The family of Scott Hsu will receive friends from 10:30 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Morris-Baker. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM.
